If there is a possibility of reconciliation, we can help you reconcile. If there is no possibility of reconciliation, we can help with the divorce process.

Child Support

David Gilbert Law represents parents on issues like obtaining a child support order, modification of a support order, and collection of unpaid child support.  We take a thorough and methodical approach to all family law matters including child support.

Custody

At David Gilbert Law, we represent parents in all matters concerning child custody, visitation, child support and modifications. Often, these are the most difficult divorce and family law issues to resolve.

Wills/Trusts

A will is a legal document that describes how you want your property and belongings to be disposed of when you die. It tells the world “who gets what.” There are different types of wills, and there are certain requirements that must be met to make your will valid. Although you don’t need a lawyer to make a will, the laws can be hard to understand.  At David Gilbert Law we understand how to navigate through the process and will insure your property and belongings are taken care of after your gone.
